We have a no quibble returns policy. If you need to return or exchange something, simply use the FREE UK returns postage label in your parcel. This applies to all products on our website.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Bikini or swimsuits must have the protective hygiene strip still in place. We prefer to receive items in the original packing but understand that this isn't always possible. In which case please return the item in appropriate packaging that will avoid damage to the item before it reaches us.
We operate the same 100% money back guarantee as for UK customers - just return within 30 days for a full refund. However, we do not pay for any shipping fees involved in returning or exchanging the goods. Nor do we refund original shipping costs. Our international customers are responsible for payment of any customs fees charged by their own country when shipping, returning or exchanging goods. In the unlikely event that the product shipped to you was faulty, please contact our Customer Services by email at email@example.com and we will rectify the problem. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
I've lost the freepost returns label
No problem. We can email you another one.
If you are shipping an item over £50 we suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service. The free returns label provided is 2nd class ordinary mail and not tracked, guaranteed or signed for.
We provide detailed information and several photos for each of our products. In this way we endeavour to keep returned items to a minimum. However, we absolutely understand that sometimes a product is not suitable or may have a defect. Your satisfaction is our priority so please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns about a product you have received.
Can I cancel my order (UK)?
Yes you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after purchase. Please notify us by email and we will cancel your order and process a refund upon return of the goods. As our goods are dispatched quickly, we request that you use the freepost label supplied in your package to return it to us.
We try very hard to ensure that the information on this website is accurate, up to date and never misleading. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right not to fulfill the order and to inform the customer that this is the case and no payment has been taken. Product specifications, such as fabric percentage, sizing and care instructions are supplied to us by the manufacturer and we cannot accept responsibility for the validity of information obtained from 3rd parties. To negate the chances of incorrect information or irregular sizing, we only work with established, reputable brands.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
